I've spent my career working at the intersection, where leadership behaviour meets team performance, where authority shapes what gets said and what gets withheld, where the gap between a leader's intention and their team's experience quietly determines how well the organisation performs.

I founded Intersect Co because that intersection is where the most important work happens — and where it most often goes unaddressed.

Leaders who are willing to examine their own authority, and teams that are ready to reclaim their voice, produce something qualitatively different from what either could achieve without the other.
